If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product(s). In this event, please provide us with written notification sent to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the details necessary to locate the purchase. Upon receiving your email, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
To comply with the period for returns, the notification concerning the return of the purchase must be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
If the return is due to causes attributable to Lovely Streets (defective product or not matching the description of the product purchased), Lovely Streets shall be responsible for picking up the products and/or changing them for the correct products, and shall bear the costs associated with this return and/or change.
If the return is due to causes not attributable to Lovely Streets, such as changes of colour, size or other features, which are due to a change of opinion or mistake by the customer when making the purchase, then the customer shall be responsible for directly returning the product(s) to us in perfect condition, with no undue delay and must not, under any circumstances, exceed the period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the products. In this event, Lovely Streets shall refund the customer for all the payments received, except shipping costs. The customer must also bear the direct cost of returning the products.
Lovely Streets shall proceed to make the refund within 14 calendar days from the date the customer notifies us of the decision to return the purchase, and shall use the same payment method used by the customer for the original transaction. Lovely Streets reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received
