Delivery time
Deliveries will take approximately 5-7 working days in Europe and 10-15 days in the rest of the world. Lovely Streets shall deliver orders to the courier service within a maximum period of 5 days after payment confirmation by the Customer. Payment method.

Payment Methods
Lovely Streets accepts the following payment methods:


After confirming an order, the customer will be taken to the PayPal website, using its secure payment platform. After completing the payment process, the customer will return to Lovely Streets.

Delivery charges

We deliver to the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, and Sweden

Deliveries to France: €6.50

International deliveries: from €6.50

All international orders are sent by UPS

If UPS is unable to deliver the order, UPS will hold the package as UNDELIVERABLE and the customer will have 3 months to collect it. After that period, the order will be destroyed and it will not be possible to recover the products or the cost of the order.

The following Conditions are established:
1. Orders are made through a courier service.
2. Shipping costs shall always include Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.
3. Shipping is defined as the delivery of the articles at the domicile or address specified by the customer when the order is placed, and is limited to the delivery zones set forth above.
4. Lovely Streets delivers orders to the courier service within a maximum term of 5 working days. We shall not be held liable for any delivery delays caused by the courier service.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product(s). In this event, please provide us with written notification sent to shop@lovelystreets.com stating the details necessary to locate the purchase. Upon receiving your email, we will send you an email confirming receipt.

To comply with the period for returns, the notification concerning the return of the purchase must be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

If the return is due to causes attributable to Lovely Streets (defective product or not matching the description of the product purchased), Lovely Streets shall be responsible for picking up the products and/or changing them for the correct products, and shall bear the costs associated with this return and/or change.  

If the return is due to causes not attributable to Lovely Streets, such as changes of colour, size or other features, which are due to a change of opinion or mistake by the customer when making the purchase, then the customer shall be responsible for directly returning the product(s) to us in perfect condition, with no undue delay and must not, under any circumstances, exceed the period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the products. In this event, Lovely Streets shall refund the customer for all the payments received, except shipping costs. The customer must also bear the direct cost of returning the products.

Lovely Streets shall proceed to make the refund within 14 calendar days from the date the customer notifies us of the decision to return the purchase, and shall use the same payment method used by the customer for the original transaction. Lovely Streets reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received.

The prices always include Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.

The products shall be sold for the price given, with the effective price being that indicated when the customer confirms the order.

Lovely Streets reserves the right to change prices, articles, offers and conditions of sale without prior notice.

All the illustrations, store name and store photos are protected by copyright law. Any improper use may be prosecuted.

Data protection
For placing and tracking orders or other customer services that may be implemented in the future, personal data must be registered and a password chosen in order to sign in to restricted zones requiring prior identification. This prevents repeating the registration during future visits to the store. When you register with our server or place an order, your personal and address details, and the transactions made and being processed, are entered in our database, and shall solely be used for processing the order and its subsequent tracking. If you have given your express consent, and unless this has been revoked, your data shall also be used to send information about offers and services you may be interested in. You may change your customer registration details at any time (change of domicile, telephone, etc.) or request a password reminder if you have forgotten it.

We also hereby inform you, pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on Personal Data Protection, and other existing data protection legislation, that the personal data contained in this form shall be entered into a file owned by Lovelystreeets S.L. for the purpose of channelling requests for information, suggestions, and customer complaints for the handling and resolution of these. The customer may exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition and removal by writing Lovelystreets S.L. Ref.: LOPD, Avda. Diagonal 437 Ppal. 1ª 08036 Barcelona, or to our email address: lopd@lovelystreets.com, in compliance with the legally established terms, and information may be requested.
